STANDARD REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of our SaaS product, we maintain the following refund policy:
- If you have not used our services (defined as not logging into the platform or utilizing any features), you are eligible for a full refund within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase.
- If you have used our services in any capacity, including accessing features, generating content, or interacting with the platform, we are unable to process refunds. This is because the value of our service is delivered upon use, and such usage cannot be reversed or returned.
FOUNDER'S PACK GUARANTEE
For customers who have purchased our "Founder's Pack" subscription:
- We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. However, if you have consumed all or a substantial portion of the credits or usage limits included in the Founder's Pack, refunds will not be granted as this constitutes full usage of the service.
- After the 30-day period has expired, no refunds will be available under this guarantee.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@postgetti.ai with the following information:
- Your account email address
- Date of purchase
- Order or transaction ID (if available)
- Brief explanation of your refund request
We will process all valid refund requests within 14 business days of receipt. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method originally used for the purchase.
REFUND PROCESSING
All approved refunds will be processed within 14 days of approval. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
EXCEPTIONS
We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy at our discretion. Exceptions may be considered in cases of:
- Technical issues that prevent service usage
- Billing errors
- Other extraordinary circumstances
STATUTORY RIGHTS
This Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights. For EU customers, this policy complies with the Consumer Rights Directive, which provides a 14-day cooling-off period for digital services that have not yet been accessed or downloaded.
If you are located in the European Union, please note that the Consumer Rights Directive grants you the right to cancel purchases of digital content before you download or access the content. Once you have accessed our services, this right may no longer apply, except as described in this policy.
